We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
In defending those whose tolerance is extremely limited, you are giving them power over you. It is your religious leader or your parents or grandparents that you should listen to. Others could mislead and deceive because they are not close to you.
