We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
Time has been discussed by me and it all seems to come down to the moment, the now, or (The present) The future is causally backwards and the past is causally forwards, and they meet at a point in which things emerge, perhaps from nothing. The past then never happened.
