The world itself is struggling through difficulties and can still smile. So laugh a bit also.

To purify the unholy world, drink the water, go to the stream or creek, put your hands there in the waters, splash drops upon your face and look around. You are not a disgrace, they are not evil, if possible, they are confused, we are all sometimes, down the hill in the swamp, then lucky up.
