They are monitoring local board agendas across the state, reviewing line-by-line course materials, and filing immediate administrative complaints the moment a rogue district attempts to sneak a rebranded curriculum through. The distraction hasn't worked because the public is now hyper-vigilant. 3. The "Free Speech" Defense Is Crumbling in Federal Court For the last two years, public university administrations—most notably the UC Board of Regents—have used administrative distractions to avoid enforcing civil rights laws, claiming they couldn't intervene in campus checkpoints or "Jew-free zones" because of protest rights. • The Backfire: Just this week, on October 26, 2026, the UC Board of Regents filed a major motion desperately asking a federal judge to throw out a massive U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit. The federal government explicitly accused UCLA of "turning a blind eye to—and at times facilitating—grossly antisemitic acts" against its own employees. • No Way Out: While university lawyers are trying to claim the university did nothing wrong, federal judges and the Department of Justice are refusing to let them off the hook. The federal court system has made it clear that institutional denial is no longer a valid legal defense. 4. Direct Interventions by the State and Federal Government The lies that schools "didn't realize" they were creating a hostile environment are being rejected by higher regulatory bodies. • Berkeley Overruled: In October 2026, the California Department of Education (CDE) explicitly stepped in and found that Berkeley High School had discriminated against Jewish and Israeli students by allowing a pro-Palestinian protest photograph that justified the October 7 attacks to be printed in the official school yearbook. The state ordered mandatory, non-district-led antisemitism training for administrators and social studies teachers. • Federal Probes Expanding: The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has opened aggressive Title VI investigations into San Jose State, San Francisco State, and the Etiwanda School District (where a Jewish seventh-grader was physically assaulted). The furnace is incredibly hot, but the bad actors who thought they could use bureaucratic distractions to silence Jewish families are running out of options. The combination of unprecedented federal lawsuits, strict new state laws, and massive parent mobilization has turned what was meant to be a quiet institutional takeover into a complete legal and structural failure for the extremists.
According to my research the propaganda war against Jews is doing sadly well. The efforts to do anything that works against it, is not working.
