We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
If you care about yourself, you have to care about others, you have to give a damn, you got to think for yourself, you must lend a hand to those who need help, you must allow yourself time to be, to laugh and watch the wind upon the leaves.
