We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
A reason Ukriane is winning is because people often like Ukaine, I would say they are really good people, very strong, and capable of true joy in the face of difficulty, they are interesting, very democratic, highly creative, often brilliant.
