We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
I think the mental training appears to be grinding a message that Ukrainian's don't pose a threat. That is why the first attack failed obviously, (When will they believe that Ukrainians have a powerful motivated military?)
