We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
The news is full of cheap f ing talk, talk opinions, academics, experts, bla bla, philosophy, Ted on crack, hear me speak, watch my lips, read my stuff, shut up!
