We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
Sleep will not be easy as I believe that the war is at a bad stage for my taste. I think it nearly impossible for a peace treaty to happen and yet it is needed in my opinion. Very sad.
