We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.

Writing poetry can save your life. It saved mine recently is how I know. I believe the human mind is wired for poetry and we are poems living in a story.

It saddens me that my friend Dimitri who is likely living in St. Petersburg who is a multi-national might be coping with this stomach turning war in his way which is to drink Vodka.
