We love ourselves too often and need reach out much more often. It is a social responsibility and it effects the environment also.
I have arrived at a faith in God. To me this means that God is a friend. The kind of friend that is required to be healthy. Certainly not an ordinary friend, but there, and there for you. For me anyway, a very good friend. Nothing wrong with that, in fact it only can make life better, not worse. Evidence seekers may find not enough to prove God exists, but no evidence is needed really.
Evil is lurking! So where do they actuall y find anti-zionist material being taughtAnti-Zionist and controversial Middle East content has generally not been part of California's official state-approved curriculum. Instead, it has surfaced primarily through local school districts that hired outside, private consulting groups or developed their own materials independently. The primary vehicle for this content is a framework called the "Liberated Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum" (LESMC), which was created by activist educators who felt the state's official guidelines were too watered down.Specific examples of where this material has appeared and what it included include:1. Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD)In early 2025, SAUSD settled a major lawsuit brought by a coalition of Jewish organizations (including the Anti-Defamation League and the Brandeis Center). The Content: Court documents and text messages revealed that a steering committee developed courses behind closed doors. The materials included characterizations of Israel as a "European settler colonial state" and sought to entirely omit Jewish history. The district also hired a consulting firm, the Xicanx Institute for Teaching and Organizing, whose consultants openly promoted anti-Zionist views. The Outcome: The district agreed to completely halt and redesign three ethnic studies courses.2. San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD)San Francisco has been a major battleground for localized curriculum choices. The Content: Prior to 2026, SFUSD used a "homegrown" ethnic studies curriculum that faced severe backlash from local parents and lawmakers. Contested lessons included an activity where high school students were instructed to role-play as Israeli soldiers herding Palestinians into refugee camps, as well as presentations that critics argued utilized antisemitic caricatures to illustrate stereotypes. The Outcome: In mid-2026, the district voted to permanently replace its original curriculum with a standardized textbook and guide ("Voices: An Ethnic Studies Survey") that sidestepped the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to avoid further polarization.3. Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)LAUSD has faced prolonged legal battles from groups like the Concerned Jewish Parents and Teachers of Los Angeles. The Content: The lawsuit alleged that individual teachers and administrators were surreptitiously introducing the "Liberated" curriculum framework into classrooms. This framework uses maps that depict all of modern-day Israel as Palestine, defines Zionism as inherently violent or colonial, and promotes the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. The Outcome: Federal judges repeatedly dismissed these specific lawsuits on technical grounds (lack of standing), ruling that plaintiffs could not prove a unified, district-wide mandate was actively forcing students to learn the material, or that encountering conflicting political views constituted a legal injury.State-Level PushbackBecause of these localized incidents, California passed legislation creating a statewide Antisemitism Prevention Coordinator and a mandate requiring all ethnic studies materials to be factually accurate, balanced, and free from partisan advocacy. This has forced many local districts to freeze their independent ethnic studies programs to avoid legal exposure.
Racial Politics should never involve children: What about in Fremont. Chinese parents and Asians seem angry. In the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD), the debate over ethnic studies mirrors the tension in San Francisco but features distinct dynamics driven by the city's large Asian American population—specifically its Chinese American and South Asian (Indian American) communities. The primary friction points in Fremont center on academic tracking, transparency, and geopolitical definitions.Key Concerns Among Asian and Chinese Parents in FremontAcademic Rigor and College Tracking: Much like the concerns raised in San Francisco, many Chinese American and other Asian immigrant families in Fremont place a high priority on competitive academic tracking. Some parent groups argue that mandatory ethnic studies classes divert resources and instructional hours away from advanced STEM courses, traditional history, and honors tracks necessary for top-tier college admissions.Geopolitical and Religious Friction: The debate in Fremont has frequently intersected with the city's sizable South Asian community. The FUSD Board has faced intense pushback over how Asian and Middle Eastern histories are framed. Local debates have featured clashes between different factions over whether certain curriculum materials were "anti-Hindu" or "antisemitic," prompting pushback from groups like the Savera Coalition to defend the inclusive nature of the coursework.Demands for Community-Specific Inclusion: Rather than rejecting ethnic studies outright, some parent groups have actively campaigned to reform it. For instance, local petitions have circulated demanding the inclusion of specialized "Hindu Ethnic Studies" or more precise representations of Asian immigration histories to ensure their specific cultural backgrounds are accurately reflected, rather than generalized.
The tension surrounding San Francisco’s ethnic studies curriculum has specifically strained relations among the city's Jewish, Asian American, and Black and Latino communities, exposing deep ideological and political rifts. Why Many Jewish and Asian American Groups Are Alarmed Concerns Over Academic Standards: Organizations like the Friends of Lowell Foundation—which represents many Asian American families—argue that replacing traditional history electives with a rigid, highly political curriculum lowers academic rigor and harms students tracking toward competitive college admissions. Perceived Exclusion and Bias: Many Jewish community leaders and organizations (such as the JCRC Bay Area) argue that "liberated" curriculum frameworks lean into anti-Zionist rhetoric and exclude mainstream Jewish history, raising fears of increased antisemitism in schools. The "Oppressor vs. Oppressed" Framework: Critics from both communities argue that the curriculum's strict "critical" framework divides students into rigid categories. Many Asian American parents express concern that their families' histories of immigration, overcoming discrimination, and achieving upward mobility are either ignored or mischaracterized under this binary.

This might be my last post for till January! realdonaldtrump 3d Today, the Board of Peace reached a HISTORIC agreement for the COMPLETE DISARMAMENT of Hamas and all other armed groups in Gaza. This is a monumental step toward lasting PEACE and SECURITY. This agreement is a critical step towards Gaza finally being governed by a new Palestinian government that will work closely with the Board of Peace to help the Palestinian people. At the same time, Israel will have the security it deserves, with Gaza no longer used as a base for terror attacks. This is a major milestone in the implementation of the Trump 20-Point Plan. The agreement will be carried out in carefully structured phases. As disarmament is completed, Israeli forces will withdraw, and the International Stabilization Force will work with a new Palestinian police force to take responsibility for Gaza being safe for its residents and its neighbors. One year ago there was a violent raging war, humanitarian crisis and hostages kept in brutal captivity. We have made historic progress and there is still much work to do. I want to thank the mediators—Egypt, Qatar, and TΓΌrkiye—for their important efforts, and especially my outstanding team, whose tireless work made this historic breakthrough possible. The threat that emerged from Gaza on October 7 will NOT be allowed to rebuild! Under this agreement, Gaza will finally be in the hands of a new Palestinian government that serves its PEOPLE. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL ON THIS AMAZING DEVELOPMENT, THAT EVERYBODY SAID COULD NEVER BE ACHIEVED! DONALD J. TRUMP President of the United States of America
