Survival helper here for the winter. I don't have a plan yet. I have been blogging for a long time so I could say if you check the archives there might be a time period you like plus there is mysensitiveheart.blogspot.com personalpoetryproject.blogspot.com and carefulobservations.blogspot.com and the midterm election went well. My advise is to take advantage of the outdoors if your weather allows it. You have no idea how important this is. Walking, dancing and other motions will go along way. We are not hibernation mammals.
