The weeping angels actually was my creation with no payback from doctor who. The idea were angels that were taller than the clouds and fast asleep. They were weeping because of the tragedy which wins over comedy, so they mourn in their sleep for the day they wake great tragedy is unleashed. They themselves do it because it is their destiny.
