An apathy not had.

What humans fear besides the unknown and the threatening? They fear doom and the dread of terrible loss and science fiction more frightening then any horror story. I think forces at work outside of our grasp of understanding can cause a desire for closure or even absolutism, the kicking of a dead horse and dark clouds coming in fast. Days blurring into a madness or nothingness. People who we reach to slapping us in anger, and a wicked monster of boogie, big blood shot eyes, a device never seen before, craggy mountains rising from earth quakes, snakes shooting out of holes weighing over a hundred pounds each, the the very tall dark and and handsome man hands you his violin and demands you play him a song until your fingers 🩸 The sort of ending!

What do I think about fear? It is unpleasant and tends to trouble the mind, but writers tend to be fascinated by it to some degree.

Have I ever had something like a religious belief? Yes. I was very involved in the positive psychology movement which showed to be lopsided. I believed that life has an unnatural danger for humans that only appears small. This belief was to prove based on paranoia. I believe now in “The better world”.since I need to believe in something. It is a fairly abstract concept so I can go with it.

So is this how it ends.
